About The Role:

Cobee is on a scaling mission going through high growth.

Since we began operations in Mexico in January 2023, our team has kept growing and we are looking for the best talent to meet our challenging goals.

Marketing activities in Mexico grow every day.

We need to become the best benefits solution in Mexico and in order to do that we need to potentiate our marketing actions and grow our demand generation.

We are looking for an energetic, determined intern with a strong desire to learn and give their input in our marketing projects, with a strong focus on market research.

You will be critical in ensuring that Cobee's market research's goals are achieved by helping the Market Research team in every part of the process: Sourcing, Scoring, Scrapping, Enriching and Delivering.

You will also be involved and learn from other Marketing functions, such as Inbound Marketing, Branding and Communications, PR and Events and Content Generation.

This role is based in Mexico City (3 days a week in the office, 2 days a week remote).

Main challenges:

Ensure the Market Research goals are achieved by conducting our

Market Research Process:
Sourcing, Scoring, Scrapping, Enriching and Delivering.

Build Email marketing campaigns segmented by industry, geography, roles, etc.
Help the Marketing team in ensuring we optimize our participation on events we organize and sponsor.
Work with the inbound marketing team to come up with new campaigns related to content generation and new benefit launches.
Help the Marketing team on projects related to brand visibility and content generation.

You are:

You have advanced knowledge of Excel.
You are fluent in Spanish and English.
You are responsible, results oriented and pay attention to details.
You are energetic and always have a good attitude. You are capable of coping with frustration and adversity.
You have ethic standards for everything you do.
You are a team player and you can easily adapt to different work environments and teams.
You have good communication skills, verbally and in writing.
Experience not required.
You must be coursing the last semesters of your Marketing degree.
