Position Summary:

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating with upper management of the daily operations of warehouse activities including receiving, pulling, labeling, shipping, location management and inventory management.

Responsibilities also include providing management with accurate status reports on all warehouse activities including the processing of inventory transactions in the ERP and WMS systems

Essential Duties and responsibilities:

Supervise a large team of warehouse personnel; manage and plan recruitment of temporary staff and monitor and evaluate staff performance.
Work with all internal Company departments: Customer Service, Logistics, QC, and Inventory control to ensure all required processes are done correctly and updated in a timely manner.
Oversee the processing of pick tickets and ensure that all orders are updated in the system and inventory is relieved accurately and promptly.
Supervise the accuracy of all shipping documents.
Communicate with Logistics, EDI and Production Team regarding pickup and deliveries with multiple vendors, business partners, customers, and manufacturers.
Planning future capacity requirements
Labor hours and space.
Other duties assigned as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

At least 4 years of experience as Production Supervisor. Apparel/Accessories experience and/or working with major retailers is a plus.
Strong understanding of inventory control systems and proper processes.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances in the work environment is a must.
Selfmotivated with a successful track record of team leadership.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and control a large team
Experience with ERP and WMS systems is required.
Experience with EDI is a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish is required
Visa to cross into the United States
