Job Description:

MDM Analyst

Common tasks:

Mobile PIM service enable/cancellation
Profile installation failed issues when enrolling to Intune
Update iOS topics
Enrollment of new devices
Unenrollment and reenrollment procedure with users
App Publishing/App reports Management
Mobile S/MIME account deployment
Network connectivity issues
MFA issues

Avalanche Support

Rugged mobile devices are typically used in warehouses for inventory management and often connect to SAP. They can also be found in manufacturing environments.

What differentiates these devices from consumer grade devices are ruggedization (drop/shock resistant, water and dust resistant) and an integrated bar code scanner.

Common tasks:

Create new sites that will be administrated by Avalanche
Enable existing sites to use Android Devices
Creation of new user accounts for Avalanche console
Update SAP links (Host Profiles)
Modify device and site configuration(Payloads, Network and Software profiles)
Modify device settings (Velocity Console)
Add/Change Ivanti Licenses for new devices (Telnet)
Add/Change Naurtech Licenses for new devices
Enable different browsers to use SAP depending the request (IE, Telnet or Naurtech)
Daily monitoring of Avalanche servers and pending deployments
Adding additional hardware/software to the devices (Smart Glove)

Qualifications:

Work with global customers
Intune (Microsoft Azure) process understanding
Customer support and handling incidents
PowerShell knowledge (scripting)
Proactive and problem solving mindset
Knowledge of iOS environment.
Monitor system performance and ensure availability
Knowledge of Android and Windows OS environment.
Scanner support background is a plus (Zebra, Datalogic, etc)
