We are building a new type of digital financial ecosystem which includes a wallet (TruBit), a cryptocurrency exchange (TruBit Pro) and a stablecoin (Moneta Digital).

With subsidiaries in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, and Colombia, TruBit is committed to delivering more convenient, secure, and comprehensive crypto services for all Latin American users.

• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our overall marketing objectives and target audience.
• Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, Tik Tok, Linkedin and other relevant platforms.
• Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) that resonates with our target audience and encourages active participation.
• Monitor social media trends, news, and developments within the crypto industry to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across social media channels.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community and loyalty around our brand.
• Analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improving performance and increasing follower count and engagement.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in the crypto industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the crypto industry.
• Indepth knowledge and understanding of web3, crypto exchanges, crypto wallets or digital payments.
• Demonstrated success in growing social media followers and achieving high engagement rates.
• Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
• Fluent English.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual aesthetics.
• Work independently, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills, while maintaining effective communication with the USbased management team.
• Passion for the crypto industry and staying up to date with the latest trends and developments.
