What You Will Do

How You Will Do

RF performance measurements and characterization
RFID usecase simulations for typical distribution center and store usecases such as receiving/shipping, inventory taking, selfcheckout and loss prevention utilizing handheld, tunnel, overhead, pedestal and other reader configurations
Applied Tag RF performance evaluations analyzing tags' performance on various substrates, merchandize type, tagging location and orientationProcess ability with RFID printers and encoders
Careful data recording and professional reporting of the test results

Project management of small product development projects and subprojects

Participation in new product development

Technology platform development (evaluating and developing new technologies, participation in equipment investment projects)

Support for customer and supplier claim handling

All of the above require planning and executing test runs, analyzing results using statistical tools and reporting the results

What We Are Looking For
Technical education (min. BSc) from suitable field (for microwave engineering, electronics engineering, IT and telecommunications, automation or similar)

Understanding on process/product development process.

RF/electronics skills knowledge

RFID Knowhow Knowledge
Statistical tools

English language command

Team skills Beneficial Special Skills
