What you'll do

  • You will report to Sr Manager Service Management to contribute toward customer operations. You will offer technical challenges and learning opportunities, which will suit you to support our valued customers. You will be based in México, with the focus being on our customers in the American region and other locations.
  • You will provide technical support for a variety of CSGi's software/ hardwarebased solutions (incident management).
  • Deliver highquality customer service
  • Provide remote and onsite support and professional services to strategic customers
  • You will participate in customer solution design and project planning
  • Install and commission customer solutions
  • Conduct solution acceptance testing and handover
  • You will deliver customer training
You should have

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in English in a business environment
  • 5 years of experience in MySQL, Oracle
  • Experience in development/Scripting skills
  • Perl, Bash, JavaScript, Ansible
  • Experience in Protocols: SS7, Sigtran, MAP, SMPP and Diamete
  • Linux installation and administration
  • Installation and operation of virtualized platforms (VMware) and cloud deployments
