    This is a great opportunity for a Senior People Business Partner to have a real impact in shaping the culture, success and results of a fantastic Technology enabled services company in Mexico City

    You will have the opportunity to shape the future talent and people agenda of our newest addition to SimCorp – established in June of 2023.

    We are currently a headcount of 41 with ambitions to grow significantly next year.

    The Senior People Business Partner cooperates closely with the Global People & Culture Team and the Mexico site-lead as well as the local leadership teams to ensure that the people agenda is fully understood and implemented. The role supports line managers and employees in Mexico with strategic and operational People matters in accordance with local policies and procedures, such as recruitment, exit, employee satisfaction, rewards, motivation, performance evaluation and management of local benefit structures.

    You will be part of the People Business Partner team which is a truly global team with team members across the globe, as part of the team you will have close collaboration with EMEA, North American and APAC People Business Partners.


    What you will be responsible for

  • Compliance & Employee Relations
    Build and develop local policies and procedures to ensure that they meet requirements, market standards and are also communicated to employees and managers as appropriate. Maintain awareness of development and changes to local legislative regulations.
    Support and be involved in disciplinary, capability and grievance investigations and meetings.
  • Performance Management & Rewards
    Support employees and managers in compensation and performance review processes, offering procedural guidance where needed and advising on best practice; collating and analyzing reward data for global consolidation.
    Explain and guide managers on how pay and reward fits and supports overall people processes and activities such as performance management.
    Analyse and implement Compensation, Rewards and Benefit programmes with respect to local legislation and market standards.
  • Talent Management & Employee Experience (Onboarding, Development & Retention)
    In partnership with our local People & Culture Consultant, undertake on-boarding and off-boarding programs for all managers and employees to ensure an excellent employee experience.
    Implement employee retention initiatives such as employee engagement survey feedback sessions and local health & well-being initiatives.
    Support global mobility practices within the business unit taking on responsibility for local immigration matters.
  • Data Management & Analytics
    Analyse and harness employee data and analytics to aid business unit decision making when it comes to people practices.
  • General People Administration
    In partnership with our People & Culture Consultant, prepare accurate correspondence to employees, managers and stakeholders and ensure Workday records are kept updated in a timely manner.

  • Strong People partner toolbox as well as solid experience with Mexican employment law and practices.
  • Experience working in an international company in a global role is an advantage.
  • Proven track of records in managing many stakeholders and accommodating a broad variety of needs and a proven ability to create trust at all levels.

  • You are courageous and hold the ability to challenge practices where necessary.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Willingness to attend SimCorp office 2-3x/week as per our hybrid policy.
