About the Role


The members of our PS OpCOE team are professionals from diverse backgrounds who have built their careers by fostering leading practices in professional services both through client-facing delivery, as well as business transformation and innovation - constantly working to enhance the future of services-related processes and technology in an age where business interests are increasingly taking on more complex and global dimensions.

An operations consultant helps an organization's management maintain and improve standard operating processes. They may deliver decision-making information, help increase business efficiency, reduce costs, and improve responsiveness to customers.

  • Responsible for supporting critical operational areas for professional services including, but not limited to, order processing, time entry and billing, access requirements, quality assurance, reporting and governance
  • Contributes to or directly prepares timely, accurate and complete operational reporting (historical and forecast) including analysis and recommendations on actions for the business
  • Performs analytic analysis on operational KPIs to identify and resolve business risks/issues, evaluate performance/results, and evolve business processes; provide decision support
  • Work with global counterparts to maintain smooth workflow and support daily business operations
  • Identify opportunities for improved business and operational performance at all levels and beyond the broader Professional Services organization, across all customer segments
  • Creativity and willingness to provide feedback and make suggestions is expected
  • Produce, review and maintain operational documentation and communications
  • Active and timely entries to Operations conversations, tools, and resources
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Participating in special projects that are critical to OpCOE or business enhancements

Compensation:
$34,615 + benefits
