Establish corrective actions with suppliers with the goal of zero defective components by inproving their quality systems and processes.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field
• Experience in Quality Assurance in Automotive industry (preferred)
• Familiar with Quality Methods such as 8D, FMEA, APQP/PPAP, control plans, SPC, MSA, etc.
• Sound knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Lean Manufacturing concepts
• Preferably internal auditor training IATF 16949, ISO9001, Six Sigma, Problem Solving
• MS-Office and SAP
• Flexibility to adapt to different project requirements and environments
• Good social, team and communication skills
• Based in RB JuP2 Mexico, willingness to frequent travels (in USA and possible AP)
• Good ability to manage business relationship with internal customers and external suppliers
• Proactive and structured working style and ability to work under pressure
• Fluently English language skill both written and spoken
• Openness to work in a global team
