Which is the main objective of this role?


Main purpose of this role is to lead the LATAM Results Delivery Office (RDO) to define the right transformational and digital projects portfolio needed to fulfill PepsiCo's LATAM vision and strategy, while ensuring they are executed effectively, delivering the promised value, and achieving broad adoption.


The geographic scope of the role is LATAM sector and its markets, with a strong focus on key transformational and digital projects.

What will you be doing?

Doing the right projects (LATAM S&T SDD and AOP planning processes)

  • Define transformation calendars, activities and deliverables to be used during business SDD and AOP planning processes aligned to financial calendars.
  • Lead the project prioritization process leveraging global frameworks and ensuring alignment with sector priorities and needs.
  • Guarantee that the prioritization process and deliverables are wired with all Sector / OUs S&T and Finance leaders (LATAM, PMF, PBF, Andean, SoCo and Caricam).
  • Ensure all LATAM projects are well defined in scope, resources and value (finance, processes, etc).
  • Provide highlevel visibility of transformation agenda definition progress to LATAM Leadership and facilitate decision making activities.
  • Lead activities to identify and map key dependencies and risks during planning processes.

Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?

Professional:

  • Seasoned executive with more than 10 years of management experience.
  • Proved experience in leading companywide transformational programs, involving process, technology, organization and cultural massive mobilization.
  • Deep business, financial and strategic acumen.
  • Proved program and project management skills for large scale programs.
  • Preferred consulting skills and background.
  • Pragmatic approach to problem solving, resources and budget management.
  • IT, Operations, Commercial background _(desirable)._

Educational:

  • Preferred International MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Formal training in Portfolio, Program and Project Management.
  • English and Spanish fluent professional.
  • Purtugese fluency (desirable).
  • Financial background (desirable).
  • Portfolio Management Professional Certification _(desirable)._

Technical:

  • Office 360 tools with good ability on Excel and Sharepoint usage.
  • Clarity PPM tool experience (desirable).
