Responsibilities

The Opportunity


As the Associate Analyst, ITSM ServiceNow Developer
, you will be responsible for developing and enabling product capabilities in alignment with the product roadmap.

This position requires the person to be proficient in ServiceNow development to enable product capabilities that provide a seamless user experience for Products and Services.

Your role will also be part of a team that provides DevOps support for the various ITSM modules that are currently using the platform.


Your Impact

As Associate Analyst your functions would consist of:

  • Develop, maintain, and administer all modules within the ITSM Product suite as configured on ServiceNow.
  • Configure and deploy ServiceNow Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Employee Portal, and API Webhooks.
  • Provide support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis, etc. for all modules within the ITSM Product Suite
  • Adopt agile ways of working mindset within the DevOps team.
  • Maintain currency of automated test scripts via ServiceNow ATF (Automatic Test Framework)

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience:


  • 2 years of ServiceNow development experience required.
  • JavaScript development experience required.
  • Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON) required.
  • ServiceNow System Administrator, and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification required.
  • Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodology required.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ATF preferred.
  • Preferably ITIL Certified
  • Preferable expertise in Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, Report, and Workflow configuration and scripting (JavaScript)
  • Experience in the technical lifecycle of project end implementation.
  • Strong team player but also able to work independently without supervision.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to write and communicate detailed documentation (project specifications, requirements, and plans) for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Ability to multitask and scale quickly in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to lead small teams of developers to meet sprint commitments and objectives.
  • Demonstrated success managing and completing complex projects, on time.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly.
