Responsibilities

Digital & Media Strategy Sr. Manager, LATAM

Main purpose
The Digital Media Strategy Sr.

Manager is responsible for support the region on sharing best practices, driving digital and data drive mindset, implement real-time optimization for digital media buying.

Understand and customize approach taking into consideration the differences among the region, however delivering a future forward vision of media and digital strategy to all Latam region.


Ability to use differences to enhance knowledge and learning among countries and flexibility to perceive commonalities that could be leverage as well in order to drive productivity and agility for the team.

Support local team on best practices, prioritization among media players and visibility.

Ensure businesess are levareging Total Connections Plan (ex. Addressable audience model, ROI inspired, scorecard, etc.).


Your Impact
As the Digital & Media Strategy Sr.

Manager, LATAM your scope will consist of:

  • Share and support regional and local teams on driving
    Performance Marketing mindset to ensuring PepsiCo Latam is perceived as an innovative company and aligned with Digital evolution.
  • Leverage Global connection to assure Latam is following global priorities, as well as leveraging the most of JBP's and being actively participating on the new launches, tools and services.
  • Ensure
    media KPI's and channel mix (online/offline) are followed over the region leveraging Data and realtime optimization for all marketing campaigns in order to bring the most effective results.
  • Build relationship with media partners and publishers, enterprisewide relationships and emerging partnerships to drive improvement in effective communciations strategies.
  • Keep
    consumer behavior understanting and overall media evolution landscape to guide Media Investment, reach targets beyond traditional TV advertising, considering the universe of options and touch points for idea / platform deployment.
  • Understand and manage
    Retail media players in partnership with Ecomm team to assure we are optimizing our media dollar.
  • Works together with Data team to evaluate MarTech tools available to support region needs on media and data management. Implementing Media pilots to test new formats, methodologies and etc.
  • Keep up to date and share
    emerging trends, marketplace opportunities, media consumption habits and advertising marketplace.

Leadership of the media agency demanding the team is aligned with PepsiCo kpi ́s and priorities from briefing/idea development up to implementation in partnership with brand managers.

  • Support delivery of
    personalization at scale as it pertains to media targeting and inputting, supporting the team to deliver personalization content and media against brand strategies. Having a point of view on where personalization plays a role and
    delivers ROI.
  • Continuously connect with Analytics team to assure PepsiCo LatAm is making the right choices on media planning to achieve
    the Best ROI independent of the methodology ROI Engine or MMM.
  • Collaborate with brands, marketing, and agencies to create Data Driven vision and technology to empower marketing capabilities such as audience segmentation, precise targeting, and personalization.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?
- +8 years experience in media required; experience in social or digital media strongly preferred.
