Overview

Serás responsable de asegurar la correcta ejecución de los proyectos de analítica de la agenda estratégica de área local, aplicando las metodologías y estándares definidos por la disciplina y la Especialidad.

Podrás ejercer como Product Owner de proyectos que, en general, serán de complejidad estándar.

Lo que harás:

Product Management:

Apoyar al Specialty Head en el Staffing de los Data Scientist asignados al Center of Expertise de acuerdo al nível de los Expertos / Analyst vs. complejidad de los proyectos de analítica avanzada.
Traducir los KPIs estratégicos en objetivos de equipo.
Ser responsable de Backlog de su producto, así como de realizar las ceremonias Agile correspondientes para asegurar las entregas comprometidas en el PI.
Liderar proyectos de analítica avanzada endtoend, supervisar la puesta en producción de modelos analíticos y monitorizar el estado y rendimiento de los modelos en producción.
Dar seguimiento al avance de los proyectos a través de los features comprometidos en el PI correspondiente.
Apoyar a los Scrum master en desbloquear los impedimentos de los proyectos. Documentar el impacto de negocio de los modelos realizados por el Center of Expertise.
Ser responsables de la aplicación de model governance a la data model y engines desarrollados por sus equipos.
Ejecutar los procesos de la especialidad.
Impulsar y generar contenido para la CoP global a través de su clúster.
