The area of product care and customer service focuses on providing after-sales support to service requests on Gucci products of our customers.


  • Activities include supporting the sales team in completing the required communication with customers during the process.
  • Complete activities and generate documents for the shipment and receipt of products between the Store and the Repair Center.
  • Share area information with the team during briefings.
  • Support with instore repairs.
  • Management of repairs of store products.
  • Administrative activities, among others.
