Your opportunity_
The area of product care and customer service focuses on providing after-sales support to service requests on Gucci products of our customers.
- Activities include supporting the sales team in completing the required communication with customers during the process.
- Complete activities and generate documents for the shipment and receipt of products between the Store and the Repair Center.
- Share area information with the team during briefings.
- Support with instore repairs.
- Management of repairs of store products.
- Administrative activities, among others.
