Your opportunity_

The area of product care and customer service focuses on providing after-sales support to service requests on Gucci products of our customers.

Activities include supporting the sales team in completing the required communication with customers during the process.
Complete activities and generate documents for the shipment and receipt of products between the Store and the Repair Center.
Share area information with the team during briefings.
Support with instore repairs.
Management of repairs of store products.
Administrative activities, among others.
