As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and driving marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of the initiatives.
This role offers the opportunity to help implement a world-class marketing strategy for the world's leading restaurant reservations provider. The right person for this role should be a great teammate, very organized, and possesses a deep appreciation for food and the restaurant industryIn this role, you will:
Work closely with Sr. Marketing Manager (MX & CA) to implement our brand and content marketing activitiesResponsible for supporting in the execution of marketing campaigns across growth markets, in order to drive brand awareness, diner acquisition, and reservations through B2C marketing activities, as well as lead generation and restaurant retention through B2B marketing activitiesReport directly to the Senior Marketing Manager (MX & CA)
Manage B2C social media channels, content guides blogs, and influencer activities to drive greater brand awarenessSupport B2B acquisition and growth efforts across multiple channels, including website, blog, advertising, email, events/trade shows, partnerships and coordinated campaignsManage and track performance using metrics and analytics, making recommendations and adapting marketing plans and media strategies to incorporate best practices and key takeaways for future campaignsWork closely with local sales & account management teams to provide marketing support for restaurantsPlease apply if:
Bachelor's degree2+ years of marketing experienceStrong writing and verbal skills - fluent in English and SpanishPassion for the restaurant business and hospitality, familiarity with the dining scene and restaurant industry in the Mexican market is a plusExperience working in marketing and projects with various partnersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
