IF YOU ARE

• A specialist with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• An expert in Marketing Automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
• Having profound knowledge of various areas of marketing (like digital advertising, etc.)
• Possessing a detail-oriented approach and ability to be thorough down to every single lead
• Greatly skilled in reporting and communication

AND YOU WANT TO

• Launch, manage, and analyze marketing campaigns across digital channels daily to generate quality leads
• Draw, present, and realize insights from the results into real campaign improvement
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach in all campaigns managed: from launch to optimization
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Conduct research to support the effectiveness of the upcoming marketing campaigns
• Help to develop new growth and optimization strategies in close collaboration with the Demand Generation Team
