You support our team as

Operador CNC (F/M/D)


Responsibilities:

Garantiza el Ajuste de la máquina (Set_Up) para la elaboración del inicio de orden.

Genera la Programación CNC y realiza los ajustes de programas en el control del equipo.

Mecaniza piezas metálicas acorde a la orden de producción en tiempo y forma.

Garantiza el registro de las dimensiones y cotas en el plan de control.

Responsable de Mantener el orden y limpieza en su área de trabajo.

Garantiza el cumplimiento y ejecución del mantenimiento autónomo básico planeado al equipo asignado.

Garantiza el registro de los tiempos de operación en el sistema SAP.


Qualifications:


Operación de Máquinas CNC (MAZAK, HAAS, MORI, DMG), tornos con herramientas vivas y centros de maquinado 3, 4 y 5 ejes.

Técnico en Máquinas y Herramientas o afín

Experiência en industria ramo metalmecánico, manufactura

Interpretación de planos

Conocimiento en sistemas de medición

Manejo de Instrumentos de medición

Conocimiento en procesos de maquinado (sujeción, montaje)

Experiência con aceros inoxidables y aleaciones especiales
