Plan, coordinate and define activities related to cement and Co2 innovation projects.

Main Responsibilities:

Pland an define of cement & co2 innovation projects.
Design cement and Co2 research project landscape.
Coordinate Cement Innovation projects supporting the company operational needs.
State of the art review.
Assure Research Findings ae properly documented.
Projects management, review and tracking
Coordinate Smart Innovation projects updates
Patents filing (in collaboration with IP department)

Position Challenges:

Maintain & evolve an internal network with all CEMEX Cement operations and innovation departments
Strategic projects definition for cement & CO2 Innovation projects.
Identify new cement chemistry and decarbonization related processes and technologies from the very initial phase, when the most advantage can be taken, but also when information is scarce
Achieve peers recognition in the field to be able to articulate the network

Qualifications:

English professional proficiency (mandatory), Spanish an asset.
Bachelor degree in chemical engineering.
Areas of expertise
2 years experience in cement chemistry
Technical Skills required by role.
High level of understanding of cement and decarbonization processes.
High level of understanding of laboratory processes
Soft Skills
Strategic and Analytical thinking, Leadership, moderator, advising, Ethical. presentation skills, selfmotivated.
