The Role
- Provide an endtoend service, this includes, but is not limited to:
- Commercial relationship and account development.
- Market study for presentation of technical and economic offers, achieving the best offers to the client.
- You must know the branches: Automobiles and Multiproducts
- Review and analysis of account statements and accident reports.
- Management of internal financial reports.
- Installation and maintenance of digital platform and its products.
- Preserve the commercial relationship with insurance companies and extensive knowledge of service platforms.
- Respond to daily inquiries ensuring requests are handled within service guidelines.
- Oversee and support annual renewals, ensuring regulatory and customer needs are met.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues and/or complaints quickly and effectively in a timely manner.
- Carry out the technical review of all outstanding complaint letters to customers.
- Carry out the investigation and evaluation of claims before making appeals to insurers, as well as show proactivity in the followup to claims.
- Provide advice and support to clients in the negotiation and settlement of a claim.
The Requirements
- High Microsoft office skills.
- University Degree.
- Car Insurance knowledge.
- Able to develop interpersonal relationships.
- Analytical thinking and commercial skills.
