    Principal Accountabilities
    • Provide administrative support to the Commercial Director.
    Specific tasks to be allocated daily to meet customer needs and demands.
    • Daily proactive contact of existing customer base maintaining records to ensure effective customer relationship management.
    • Provide administrative support to the Commercial Director.
    • Specific tasks to be allocated on a daily basis to meet customer needs and demands.
    • Provide regular and effective solutions for customer, whilst opportunity spotting to generate income
    • Maintaining accuracy and ensuring that deadlines are met.
    • Organize meetings, prepare agenda and take minutes for meetings as directed by the Commercial Director.
    • Develop and maintain various departmental information systems: databases, spread sheets, ensuring that up to date information is recorded.
    • Take a lead role in the delivery of specific activities (to be determined by the Commercial Director).
    • Assist in relief duties in the absence of colleagues within the Commercial Team.
    • General Administration duties as directed by line manager.

    Profile
    • At least 5 years of experience working in Customer Service busy office environment.
    • Experience of working in food exports.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills especially telephone and face to face sales interviews.
    • Word, Excel, Outlook and databases.
    • Proficient in written and spoken English.
    • Availability to travel occasionally.
