ResponsibilitiesMaintain and develop a strong relation with our stakeholders.

Interviews, tests, ranks, selects candidates and provides feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the jobs preestablished selection criteria and recruitment policies.

Represents the organization at job fairs to promote potential candidates.
Conducts employee orientation and introductory training for new employees.
Ability to work with integrity and build trust to provide jobrelated information.
Performs routine work for assignments precisely planned to familiarize oneself with staff, methods, products, and processes.
Follows a wellestablished set of activities and processes to derive solutions.

QualificationsBachelors degreeAt least 3 year of experienceIntermediate conversational English level.
Effective communication skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skills
