Brand Manager Sr.
Your task and Responsabilities:
- Budget: give input in the proposals for annual and 3 years budget. Leverage on market evolution analysis and competitive intelligence management in line with sales expectations and assigned investment budget.
- Marketing plan: carry on the marketing plan definition for the selected product, in line with local and international guidelines (thanks to a close collaboration with HQ, the manager and the other functions within the company);check trends thought KPI and feedback from sales force in order to guarantee the appropriate product position in the short, medium and long term.
- Field force support: contribute in plan activities to support Field Force, in agreement with Sales Manager, through the development of dedicated material. Present plan and sales updates during cycle meetings (projects, materials and positioning strategies) in line with the marketing objectives. Keep liaison with field force to help them on technical and operational issues.
- Trade and media Investments: collaborate with Trade and Media in order to identify and manage the correct investment and communication plan to the customer (both below and above line).
- Forecast accuracy: ensure on a monthly basis the sales forecast for the products and samples based on the actual sales figures.
- International network: take responsibility for the development and maintenance of international relationship with colleagues from HQ and other countries thanks to interactions on product strategies and tactics. Leverage on the manager for providing feedback at international and national level.
- Market analysis: constantly monitor the local market though modeling and segmentation, competitor's benchmark and reporting structure with the aim of supporting the decision making process for the Business Unit.
- Marketing Excellence: Deep understanding, knowledge, interpretation and usage of Marketing Excellence tools.
Who you are:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar careers.
- English (90%) writing, reading and oral. Presentation Skills.
- Experience: +4 years in Marketing. Knowledge of Consumer Market or OTC Market.
- Capabilities: Strategic Thinking, Analytical Ability, Innovative Orientation, Assertive communication and active listening, Cleverness, Team worker, Creative, Oriented to results, Networking builder, Market and Consumer Sensibility, Conflicts Management.
