We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as
HE&S Specialist based in _Torreon II plant, Coahuila._ _(E-Systems Division).


As HE&S Specialist you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to an EH&S Manager.


Your Task will be

  • Carry out legislative and regulatory activities on EHS to determine its impact.
  • Provide support in the implementation and monitoring of the 5'S program, as well as participate in weekly/monthly audits.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento legal y ambiental y en caso de revisiones y/o auditorías externas en planta.
  • Occupational safety risk prevention program,
  • Guarantee Compliance with Lear Corporation policies, procedures, as well as compliance with all audits such as ISO14001, CTPAT, TS16949 and any other corporate or internal audit.
  • Ensure that the plant follows all legal requirements and regulations according to the registered activity.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de lineamientos COVID19 de playbook corporativo y dependencias de gobierno.

To be Successful in this rule you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree on industrial Engineering or any related field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the Manufacturing Industry
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of the requirements of the ISO14001 and TS16949 Standards. Knowledge of C-TPAT. Knowledge of environmental laws and regulations
  • English: intermediate Level
