Your 'day to day':

  • Responsible of full deployment of PMM commercial & operative initiatives in RKA, Main contact between strategic partners and PMM areas to ensure an effective two way communication channel in order to activate on time initiatives according to PMM commercial strategies (CC+RRP ́s).
  • Ensure the proper management of the category in the assigned accounts and align common KPIs (Volume, SoM, Inventory, Revenues, etc ) between PMM & KA. Assure the correct implementation of JBPs and commercial plans developed by KAM or other commercial area.
  • Follow up on inventories and portfolio segmentation as well as the different activities from Digital, MKT, TMK, C&C and Distribution in order to support them in the daily operative tasks.
  • Coordinate projects in both categories (CC & RRP's) in order to assure the best execution on modern trade. Assure the correct implementation of commercial plans developed by KAM or other commercial area.
  • Follow up on all the different activities from Digital, MKT, TMK, C&C and Distribution in order to support them in the daily operative tasks.
  • Facilitate a continuous process of dialogue and feedback to gather insights about FSF needs, competitor's threats and market opportunities to develop plans with different areas to address them. Present these bottomup plans and the associated requests for further strategic category development at HET.
