The Role As a Product & Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and internal operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with high quality.
This role blends product delivery, sprint execution, and operational ownership, acting as a connective layer between product, design, engineering, and company leadership.
Beyond strong delivery and execution,we are looking for someone who brings creativity, innovation, and critical thinking to how problems are framed and solved, not just how work is shipped.
This role combines significant Individual Contributions with team contributions, achieving high quality and velocity working with clients, designers and engineers.
You will support product leaders and operations leadership while owning key workflows, decisions, and outcomes. Strong performance in this role opens clear growth paths toward Product Manager, Product Lead, or Operations Lead roles.What You'll Do Product Management Lead product definition, prioritization, and delivery based on business objectives, product metrics, and user feedback.
Translate product strategy and requirements into clear execution plans, milestones, and tickets. Partner closely with design and engineering teams to ensure alignment, scope clarity, and timely delivery. Track progress, test the product, surface risks, and proactively resolve blockers. Maintain high-quality product documentation Support user research, validation, and testing effortsHelp synthesize insights into actionable product improvements. Operations Manager Contribute to operational initiatives across project management, documentation, tooling, and internal workflows. Help standardize and improve processes that support scale and team effectiveness. Support cross-functional coordination between product, operations, and leadership. Act as an operational partner to leadership, helping translate strategy into clear processes. Support financial, contractual, and delivery operations in coordination with leadership (e.g., scope tracking, timelines, dependencies, and capacity). Enable cross-functional collaboration between product, design, engineering, and operations by creating clarity and shared operating norms. Help the organization mature how it runs, not just how it builds.Required to Apply Strong English fluency, written and spoken. You will work directly with U.S. based clients. 3+ years of experience across product management, operations, project management, or related roles. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Clear, structured communication and stakeholder management skills. High ownership, independence, and reliability.
Strongly Desired Experience working with digital or software products, B2B and or consumer. Familiarity with product and delivery tools such as ClickUp, Notion, Jira, Linear, or similar. Background or exposure to UX or UI design, engineering, or data analysis. Experience supporting or operating within a consulting or product studio environment. Experience with AI-enabled products or workflows. Based in Mexico City or Monterrey, hybrid remote.
