General qualifications required

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics,

•Prior experience in automotive industry preferred,

•A good command of written and spoken English,

•Good at coordination, teamwork, analytical thinking, highly motivated, result and process oriented personality.

•Strong follow up, multitasking and outstanding communication skills,

•Innovative point of view and in close collaboration with local process owners,

•Excellent command of MS Office programs.

Main Job Descriptions

•Understanding, shaping and contributing to the vision and mission of the team.

•Responsible for acquiring new OEM,Tier-1 customers and increasing the number of projects.

•Investigating potential Business Development opportunities and evaluating customer needs.

•Demonstrated ability to identify new product developments, new concepts of products and following the developments in the field of business.

•Managing customer relations with regular visits and CRM activities,

•Managing customer relations during the quotation process and working in coordination with other functions such as Product and Project Management, R & D, Engineering, Quality, Planning and Sales Departments in the company.
