- Liderar un equipo de ingenieros de software, proporcionando orientación técnica, apoyo y mentoría para impulsar la excelencia técnica y el crecimiento profesional.
- Colaborar con los stakeholders del proyecto para comprender los requisitos y prioridades, y traducirlos en planes de desarrollo claros y alcanzables.
- Supervisar el diseño, desarrollo, prueba e implementación de soluciones técnicas, asegurando la adopción de las mejores prácticas y estándares de la industria.
- Gestionar eficazmente los recursos del equipo, incluidos el tiempo, el presupuesto y la asignación de tareas, para garantizar la entrega oportuna y dentro del alcance del proyecto.
- Fomentar un entorno de trabajo colaborativo y de alto rendimiento, fomentando la comunicación abierta, la resolución de problemas y la innovación dentro del equipo.
- Identificar y mitigar proactivamente los riesgos del proyecto, anticipando posibles problemas y desarrollando estrategias de contingencia.

- Experiencia previa demostrada en un rol técnico, preferiblemente como desarrollador de software senior o arquitecto de software.
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad probada para motivar, inspirar y dirigir equipos multifuncionales.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con la capacidad de interactuar eficazmente con stakeholders técnicos y no técnicos.
- Profundo conocimiento de tecnologías de desarrollo de software y metodologías ágiles.
- Experiencia en la gestión de proyectos de desarrollo de software de principio a fin, con un enfoque en la entrega oportuna y la calidad del producto
