- Develop a deep understanding of the clients policies and procedures in relation to capital project delivery and produce literature to ensure compliance on all projects.
- Design and undertake training sessions and produce materials on new processes, changes and efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance to company compliance rules on all projects managed by third party Project Managers.
- Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports on governance performance for a variety of audiences.
- Interface with clients, vendors and other consultants.
- Establish areas for improvement, implementing new processes to suit.
- Strong relationships developed with clients and cross functional team members.
- Understand issues, research and see them through to resolution.
- Staff Management – Formal management of a team of consultants working in a variety of locations.
- 5-10 Years' experience in program management, construction management or Audit and Compliance.
- A bachelor degree in relevant subject.
- Experience in construction projects or programs, along with governance and compliance. Experience with audits is a bonus.
- Experience managing teams of 2-15 people delivering consulting services in remote locations.
- Provide advice on new processes and efficiencies, seeing them through to implementations.
- Ensure your team deliver to the highest standard and all work meets strict compliance regulations.
- Strong relationships developed with clients and cross functional team members.
- Service delivery on commissions is in line with the conditions of appointment.
- Strong Microsoft skills, specifically excel & powerpoint.
- Ability to adhere to strict formatting rules on all documents produced.
