    Sr. Business Control & Media Management.

    Role Purpose

    Ensure the financial efficiency, governance, standardization and scalability of the total omnichannel marketing investment, acting as the key integrator between Marketing, Finance and Media partners, and leading strategic negotiations across offline and online media.

    This role does not define media strategy nor execute campaigns, but guarantees that marketing investments are deployed under the best commercial, contractual and operational conditions, enabling sustainable growth of the omnichannel and digital mix.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead financial governance of the total omnichannel marketing budget (working and non-working).
    • Deliver real-time visibility of spend vs. budget.
    • Design and standardize forecasting, tracking and reporting processes.
    • Identify and deliver 10–20% efficiency opportunities.
    • Act as the primary Finance counterpart for marketing investment governance.
    • Lead annual and strategic negotiations with major offline and online media partners.
    • Maintain media rate increases at or below inflation.
    • Maximize rebates, bonuses and added value.
    • Evolve digital negotiation models to reduce reliance on offline rebates.
    • Govern contracts, vendors and commercial frameworks.
    • Standardize terms, SLAs and contracting models.
    • Ensure zero overdue payments and full compliance.
    • Lead BTL governance and media amplification for events.
    • Optimize reach and efficiency through strategic media relationships.
    • Lead and develop a high-impact team.
    • Act as an orchestrator, not a bottleneck.
    • Build scalable models and capabilities.
