* Ensure consistency between business needs and deliveries, as well as high quality, cost and deadline.* Collaborate in the definition, analysis and validation of the main indicators to support decisions and measure the success of the product.
About you
Experience working in Marketing and/or CRM * Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud * Experience working as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst * Knowledge of the concepts of Value Journey, Consumer Journey and Customer Experience.
* Solid communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work effectively with internal teams in an intercultural and cross-functional environment * Communication, argumentation, influencing and negotiation skills * Experience working with Scrum Framework * Synthesis ability to write user stories * Actions and decision-making considering the consumer at the center * Organization, focus and ability to perform in a dynamic environment * Bonus: Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud * Fluent English * 2+ years of experience performing the role of Business Analyst / Product Analyst * 1+ year of experience working in Agile environments, with a clear understanding of Agile methodology.
* Bonus: Intermediate knowledge of Portuguese
