    Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

    In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our front-line operation. This includes performing various customer service and administrative tasks to ensure efficient clearance processes.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries regarding clearance paperwork, tracing of shipments, and identification of problems.
    • Ensure customer information is properly documented and entered into the system on a timely basis.
    • Type or prepare various operations and customer reports.
    • Manifest all shipments and report any discrepancies to the responsible area.
    • Audit records and files to compile necessary data.
    • Provide package status updates and basic follow-up activity.

    Requirements:

    • High School Degree/Equivalent.
    • Proficiency in English (450 TOEIC points).
    • Previous clerical or customer service experience in a service environment.
    • Average general office skills including typing, filing, and computer programs.
    • Good communication and human relations skills.
    • Clear and articulate speaking voice.
    • Clean cut and neat appearance.
    • Ability to prioritize.
    • Spoken and written fluency in English as well as local language.
    • Ability to work various shifts.
