- Assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements.
- Developing and configuring customized SAP solutions.
- Lead and coordinate Mater Data Activities with sites
- Suggesting / Writing scripts and programs to create user-friendly interfaces and enhanced functionalities.
- Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance within SC.
- Providing SAP system support and end-user training when needed.
- Performing rigorous documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Keeping abreast of the latest SAP updates, and developments.
- Looking forward to SC best practices
- Lead trainer across AMS Sites
- IBP Implementation coordinator across AMS Sites
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred.
- Specialization in finance, project management, business administration, or a related field will be advantageous.
- Strong Excel and database building/navigating skills
- SAP/ERP skills and disciplines required
- At least 2 years' experience as a SC SAP Expert in a similar industry.
- Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration.
- Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to develop Standard Operating Procedures
- Courses MRP/ERP, Warehousing, Inventory Management and designations such with Association for Supply Chain Management.
- Ability to effectively operate in any organizational structure and interface with all levels of the organization
- Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting priorities and resolve appropriately
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with project management (SAP)

Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.What your background should look like:
