Dispatch of final materials for the project, through procedures established by the company, in order to provide material for the production department. Attend meetings with Production / Operations to identify priorities.
Perform inventories of final materials for the project / operations, through procedures established by the company.
Coordination of machinery for discharging and loading for the mobilization of various materials received and dispatched and coordination with the warehouse personnel at the reception and dispatch of various materials.
Coordination of various materials reception and dispatch to construction.
Coordination of the segregation quarantine materials and the development of OSD report.
Coordination of storage materials in common as well as labeling and traceability control of the materials.
Coordination of cyclic inventories and highs and lows inventories.
Coordination and control of tools and tool control of subcontractors that are working in the yard of the company.
