    What You Should Bring

    To succeed in this role, you should have:

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field;
    • A strong background in engineering and lean manufacturing principles;
    • Experience with Six Sigma methodologies, preferably Green Belt or Black Belt trained;
    • Advanced English language skills;
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in continuous improvement practices;

    You should also possess:

    • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles;
    • Technical problem-solving skills;
    • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities;
    • Experience achieving deadlines and commitments;
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills;

    Main Responsibilities

    Your primary duties will include:

    • Improving workflows and layouts to reduce waste and lead time through Creating Continuous Flow, 3P, and Making Material flow methodologies;
    • Designing and implementing production cells and high-performance stations, standard works, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling;
    • Collaborating with engineering and operations leaders to integrate and develop processes as part of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities;
    • Being an agent of change for continuous improvement;
    • Designing efficient and productive plant facilities layouts;
    • Developing manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control;
    • Providing guidance and coaching to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements;
    • Leading equipment improvement activities across all plants for all areas through Measurement, Analysis, Improvement, and Control;

    Travel Requirements: Less than 10%

    Location: Hermosillo
