    The HRBP (She/He) is a strategic advisor, responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in the plant. Implements and aligns processes with company and business strategies. Provides HR consulting expertise to managers and employees to maximize organization effectiveness.

  • Shares accountability with senior business leadership for reaching and exceeding operational performance metrics-
  • Recommends HR strategy based on company values, knowledge of business strategy, employee needs and HR best practices.
  • Ensures consistent application of work rules and company policy and procedures.
  • Ensures fair and equitable treatment of employees in compliance with all applicable laws and policies.
  • Accountable of Labor Contract management on the site (750 blue collar employees and active union).
  • Ensures complying of Legal mandatory regulation and Internal Policies regarding Labor Law for all employees.
  • Daily active union management, attending at least 700 requirements/clarifications per year to front line supervisors.
  • Management of lay off and severance processes according to legal regulations and internal policies.
  • Supervising process resolution of lawsuits either own employees or supplier ́s ex-employees with cost implications.
  • Work with external law buffet to provide all necessary documents for labor law authority until closure of each open lawsuit.
  • Champion of several internal initiatives to provide a healthy labor environment.
  • Promotes effective and regular communications with all levels.
  • Maintains positive relationships with workforce and the labor union.
  • Serves as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Supports administration of compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
  • Ensures HR work processes are performed in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Requierements.

  • Experience in HR into the Manufacturing, automotive or related sector.
  • Bachelor's or master's Degree (Focused on HR).
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • English needed
  • Previous experience handling labor union.
