The successful candidate will be expected to work independently, whilst contributing to a larger global HR team with significant cross-border involvement in projects across North America.The role requires a high level of understanding of Mexican labour laws, operational and execution efficiency, a keen ability to work to deadlines, prioritise tasks effectively, and maintain accuracy under pressure. The successful candidate should demonstrate adaptability to changing business needs, excellent organisational skills, and a results-driven mindset with strong work ethics.Job specification- Partner with senior stakeholders on HR topics such as but not limited to organizational change and employee relation cases/ legal topics

    • Understanding employment requirements by state and country of Mexico.
    • Hands on in designing and implementing HR processes and frameworks in line with local laws for the Mexico office.
    • Ensure timely HR policy and procedure changes including Employee Handbook, Benefits guide, etc, ensuring they are in line with local legislation and regulation, as well as align to Group standards
    • Actively participate in the benefits delivery for the Mexico office and review onboarding processes to make more efficient.
    • Execute employee relation cases, separation agreements, terminations, redundancies in line with business needs
    • Be aligned to the Regional Head of HR to drive consistency across the business and to share best practices
    • Work closely with the regional HR team for country input into global projects;
    • Support the regional delivery of the people strategy and key employee lifecycle activities (such as the compensation review process)
    • Provide support to managers and senior stakeholders on People and Culture topics
    • Support business on hiring strategy and budgets, working in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team; driving succession and talent planning.
    • Drive M&A related activities ensuring a smooth integration aligned with business strategy
    • Any other tasks and Ad hoc projects which may be assigned from time to time.Skills Required:- Quick learner, capable of multi-tasking, team player
    • Ability to collaborate and ensure deliverables with cross functional teams without direct reporting responsibilities.
    • Team player and willing to support tasks and projects for different countries in the region as needed.
    • Ability to rollup sleeves but also address the root cause of issues to aid long term resolution
    • Keeping up to date with industry developments
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Experience working closely with senior stakeholders, in a corporate environment
    • Minimum of 3+ years of experience
    • Locally relevant HR Professional Membership credentials would be a plus
    • Experience gained while working in a similar role and industry
