We are seeking to recruit an experienced HR professional from the finance/fintech industry in Mexico, with a proven track record of success in hirng for call agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Attracting new call agents to the business.
- Conducting interviews with prospects.
- Managing onboarding, training and dismissal activities.
- Designing and implementing performance matrix and appraisal systems
- Employment relationship management.
- Working closely with stakeholders ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Essential Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working as an HR in the financial industry.
- Extensive experience recruiting for call agents to contact centers.
- Startup or scaleup experience, we are expecting a swift growth in staff members over the next 12 month.
- Fluent and clear spoken English.

Pay:
$25, $35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
