We are looking for a

Sr. Project Analyst

Responsibilities:


The Opportunity
Support Growth Office Integration through commercialization data analysis, process management, and governance forum support.


Your Impact

As a Sr.

Project Analyst your scope will consist of:


  • Develop commercialization and integration dashboards, reports and tools
  • Create datadriven insights and analyses for complex, crossfunctional business challenges
  • Concisely explain insights from complex data analyses via effective verbal/written communication
  • Migrate data across various forms and tools; importing, exporting, posting data
  • Pull data out of tools and synthesize for governance forums (new Intake Process)
  • Synthesize governance action plans and followups
  • Prepare leadership updates, storyline and Growth Forum approval content
  • Manage governance calendars, invites, prereads and MS Teams sites (Growth Forum invites/attendee management, In-Year Growth Decisions invites/attendee management, OCWF notes)
  • Own and maintain commercialization and integrated calendars
  • Support Meeting Management (waiting room, attendee management, agenda)

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 2+ years' work experience in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry. FLNA business understanding is a plus.
  • 13+ years related commercializationrelated experience such as commercialization, innovation, marketing and sales.
  • Project management skills including good understanding of standard PMO tools
  • Interaction with Senior Stakeholders; Very responsive and comfortable with working in a dynamic environment
  • Must have Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, Formulas, Data comparison. Macros
  • Fluent English and Spanish is a must
  • Power BI knowledge preferred
