Your Tasks

• You support users in whole Americas in the Sales Order, Supply Chain and Finance area
• You analyze issues and advice the effected departments on steps to solve problems
• You inform second level support teams about issues that need changes in ERP or middle-ware systems
• You analyze existing processes according to local and international requirements and support users in training / adaption
• You contribute to global projects and subprojects with a focus on waterfall and agile working methods
• You keep close contact with Implementation Managers to make sure that Beiersdorf guidelines are followed
  
  

Your Profile

• You have a degree in computer science or business administration or a comparable qualification
• You have gained first professional experience in consulting or a similar working environment
• You are experienced in agile and waterfall projects
• You have gained experience in the whole ANSI X12 message are
• You enjoy varied and demanding tasks in the project environment
• You feel enthusiastic about innovations and their implementation
• You have an international mindset and the capability to work in globally operating teams
• Your English is excellent
