Job Description:


  • Call center activity. Time slot can be from 7 am till 7 pm (different shifts, need availability)
  • Fluent English spoken and written.
  • Location: Guadalajara, not a home office position.
  • Customerfacing role in the specified assigned Region.
  • Main task: to process customer ́s purchase order process and follow up. Supports daytoday support activities and transactions (training, quotes, credits, returns & replacements, changes, relocations, cancellations, disputes and archiving all transactions documentation)
  • Excellence in customer service
  • Ensure high level of professionalism during all interactions with customers and prospects.
  • Prioritize workload. High attention to detail and proven organization and administration skills.
  • Zero client escalations and adherence to all SLAs
  • Exercise judgment within defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Thrives working in a fast paced/high revenue environment, demonstrates a high sense of urgency. Meeting with Specific Schedules for coverage of assigned activities.
  • Any other activities or tasks related or complementary to his/her principal activities.
Additional Information

$12,000 to $14,000 pesos monthly
