Operation Support, you will constantly be in contact with carriers to provide them support.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service to drivers.
- Track and Trace
- Data Entry
- Load Status Updates
- Communication with drivers
- Driver check in process.

Studies: High School Degree.

Language: Advanced English skills. B2 or C1 preferred.

Schedule: Friday to Tuesday 9:00pm to 5:30am. (We work by the American calendar)

Salary: 800USD + 120 USD (Night Shift Bonus)
