As a Masterdata Head of SAP, your role involves overseeing and managing the master data within the SAP system.

Your responsibilities as a Masterdata Head on SAP may include:

• Assurance of Governance: Implementing a master data management strategy aligned with the organization's goals. Follow data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity.
• Data Management: Understanding & maintaining the master data structures, hierarchies, and relationships within the SAP system; while ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation related to master data management. Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to streamline data entry, maintenance, and reporting processes.
• Data Quality and Validation: Execute data quality checks and validation rules to ensure highquality master data. Conducting periodic audits and data cleansing activities to rectify inconsistencies and errors.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating with business units, IT teams, and Supply Chain / Operations areas to understand data requirements and translate them into SAP master data configurations. Providing guidance and support to business users on datarelated matters.
• Training and Documentation: Developing training materials and conducting training sessions for endusers on master data management processes and best practices.
• System Challenges: Working closely with the IT team to identify system enhancement opportunities related to master data management. Participating in SAP system upgrades, implementations, and integration projects.
• Compliance and Security: Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of SAP MM PP IM modules and their integration points, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of master data management principles and best practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and assertive communication skills are also essential to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and drive data-driven decision-making processes.

• Languages required: Spanish & English
• 510 years of experience in this role or similar role in a Global Company
• Keen on Supply Chain Concepts and information flows across several areas
• This position will evolve in 2024 to broader activities and scope.
