Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for leading and providing expertise to project teams, participating in crossfunctional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment. The role collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decisionmaking and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively. The role also represents the business unit and the organization as needed, builds productive relationships, and mentors lowerlevel employees.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Commission Quota load
  • Revenue Reconciliation and Load preparation for Fiji/Insights
Misc invoicing

  • COPS/ESC analysis, reporting & issue resolution
  • Adhoc requests for SPTS teams (Revenue impacting issues warranty claims, returns etc)
  • Cost Center setup/maintenance
  • Spend planning & management
  • Capex Reporting & research as needed
  • Spend/Revenue actuals for P&L and owned spend reports & analysis
  • Flash/Budget/LTP spend and HC
  • QEC journal Tracking & Preparation
  • Quarterly Geo Alignment/FX Mix rate setting


  • Systems

  • Webi/S4/Procurement/Cost acctg research/guidance, Accounting guidance; Spend management)
  • PO monitoring & cleanup
  • HC reporting

Education & Experience Recommended**- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 710 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)

in that location, at the time of this posting, is $90, ,750 USD. This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.
