Role Overview: The In-Process Manager is pivotal in enhancing our client's CNC manufacturing operations, ensuring the production of high-quality components, and leading their team to operational brilliance. This role demands a blend of technical proficiency, leadership prowess, and a keen eye for efficiency and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• CNC Operations Management: Oversee the entirety of the CNC process lifecycle, from setup and programming to machining, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
• Quality Assurance Leadership: Champion their quality standards, conduct thorough inspections, and implement corrective measures to uphold product integrity.
• Workflow Optimization: Utilize your expertise to streamline production processes, reducing waste and enhancing resource efficiency, thereby elevating output and quality.
• Team Development and Leadership: Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, providing your team with the training and support needed to excel.
• Performance Analysis: Keep a pulse on production metrics such as OTD, cycle time, scrap rate, and machine utilization, devising strategies to optimize performance and exceed targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC manufacturing, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Comprehensive understanding of CNC machining processes, programming, operation, and maintenance.
• Demonstrated success in leading quality assurance initiatives and process improvement projects, with a preference for Lean and Six Sigma expertise.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of fostering team growth and operational excellence.
