Job Summary:
As the General Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.


Main Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department. Manage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and laws. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to senior management. Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals. Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive business growth and profitability.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. More than 5 years of experience as General Accountant. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred.
