Our people are our greatest asset Join us as a Billing Specialist with Uline's Finance team to ensure the billing process is a breeze for our customers as we continue to grow as a top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials

Position Responsibilities

Analyze invoicing portals.
Work with customers who have special requirements to pay invoices.
Work with internal departments to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries or any situation that affects the customer's invoices.
Ensure invoices are correctly issued.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Bilingual
preferred fluent in both English and Spanish (read, speak, write).
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
System programming skills in programs like SQL and Blue Prism
preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
