    Job Opportunity

    Candidates are sought after to perform purchasing activities on a branch level, following prescribed procedures. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of the store.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare material requisitions and documents for submission to Head Office in a timely manner.
    • Monitor purchase orders, customer order reports, and open purchase orders for any discrepancies or errors.
    • Cordinate with suppliers and head office purchasing on matters related to deliveries, stock replenishments, promotions, prices, and returns.

    This position requires individuals who possess strong organizational skills,
    excellent communication abilities, and good problem-solving techniques.

    The ideal candidate should be proficient in using productivity tools
    . A background in retail operations or purchasing roles would also be advantageous. 
     The selected candidate will undergo rigorous training before commencing duties as Purchasing Assistant.,
