As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in the sales team by owning both inbound and outbound pre-sales activities.
You will be responsible for managing, qualifying, and nurturing inbound leads, as well as proactively identifying and engaging outbound prospects.
Your goal is to generate qualified sales opportunities and schedule meetings or calls between prospective clients and the sales team, contributing directly to overall pipeline growth as a pre-sales owner.

Inbound Lead ManagementRespond to and manage inbound leads from various sources, including the company website, email inquiries, chat, and marketing campaignsEnsure timely and professional follow-up in line with SLA expectationsOutbound ProspectingIdentify, research, and engage outbound prospects through email, Linked In, cold calling, and other sales outreach channelsExecute outbound campaigns targeting defined ICPs and marketsPersonalize outreach based on prospect needs, company context, and use casesCold CallingConduct outbound cold calls to potential prospects to introduce solutions, identify needs, and qualify opportunitiesConfidently handle objections and maintain a professional, consultative approach on callsLead QualificationAssess and qualify inbound and outbound leads based on needs, budget, authority, and timingDetermine readiness for a sales conversation and appropriate next stepsLead NurturingDevelop and execute strategies to engage and nurture leads until they are sales-readyMaintain structured follow-ups to drive engagement and conversionAppointment SettingSchedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales teamEnsure smooth handover with clear qualification notes and contextCRM & Sales Tools ManagementMaintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system regarding lead interactions, status, and activityUse sales and outreach tools to manage pipelines, sequences, and prospecting effortsCollaborationWork closely with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on inbound and outbound strategiesShare insights on lead quality, objections, and market feedbackReporting & Performance TrackingProvide regular reports on inbound and outbound activities, conversion rates, and pipeline contributionTrack KPIs and SLAs such as response time, meetings booked, SQLs, and outreach performanceRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a similar roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong research, qualification, and analytical skillsFamiliarity with CRM and sales tools such as Pipedrive, Hub Spot, Apollo, Hey Reach, Lemlist, or similarAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsFluency in English, spoken and writtenFluency in Spanish, spoken and writtenPreferred Skills & Experience:
