    Empresa del giro inmobiliario dedicada a la renta de departamentos de lujo solicita
    :Técnico de mantenimiento con experiência en hoteles o edificios verticales.

    *Requisitos
    :


    • Experiência mínima de 1 año en puesto similar como auxiliar o técnico de mantenimiento de hoteles, edificios, centro comercial
    • Escolaridad:
    Técnico eléctrico, electromecánico, carrera trunca en ingeniería eléctrica, electrónica.

    • Conocimiento de mantenimiento a equipos e instalaciones, pintura, acabados, tablaroca, plomería, y en áreas electromecánicas, hidráulica y de aire acondicionadoTus actividades serán
      :
    • Desarrollar diferentes actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y/o correctivo a maquinaría, equipos e instalaciones como actividades de pintura, acabados, tablaroca, plomería, hidráulica y de aire acondicionado.
    • Mantenimientos a equipos de bombeo, aire acondicionado, instalaciones eléctricas, tableros de control, sistema de protección contra incendio.
    • Apoyo para el movimiento de muebles, apoyo en trabajos sencillos como colocación de cuadros etc.
    • Apoyo en atención y trato con residentes en solicitudes de trabajos dentro de departamentos.
    Ofrecemos
    :


    • Sueldo base $ 18,000 brutos
    • Horario: Lunes a viernes de 11:00 a.m. a 8:00 p.m. / Sabados o domingos medio tiempo
    • Prestaciones de ley (seguridad social, 12 días de vacaciones, aguinaldo de 15 días, prima vacacional del 25%, Infonavit).
