About This Role

The Modern Workplace team is in search of an individual well-versed in Site Support Services involving hardware, software, Thermal printers, handheld scanners, structured cabling, smart hands for network, and application services. This role entails managing manufacturing system services for our client, requiring strong communication skills to engage effectively with end users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with end users at client sites, overseeing troubleshooting of the Error Proofing system (EPS) consisting of a computer station with a thermal printer.
• Demonstrate active communication skills and teamwork to address client requests/incidents promptly.
• Administer and manage manufacturing EPS systems at a client site in Nuevo Laredo city.

Who You Are

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• COVID vaccinated (minimum 2 shots).
• Background in the technology industry with experience handling large accounts and expertise in Windows Operating Systems, MS Office 365, Thermal printers, handheld scanners, and basic Network skills.
• Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
• Flexibility for evening or weekend work as required.
• Capability to travel on short notice.

Work Environment

100% work onsite at client's location in Guadalupe, Zacatecas.
